I had Windows 10 and Firefox updates within 2 days of each other. Now, it seems that Firefox is everywhere. I use Google gmail; Google is my home page. But, when I download a file it looks like firefox takes charge. I can't find the place in Windows 10 to see if, indeed, my browser has been changed. Oh, for the days of XP. My needs are so simple and every time there's an update I go thru crap.

Settings --> Apps --> Default Apps If it shows as Firefox as default Browser then Click it. You will then be given a option to change from List or Search.
