All my folders have been deleted with contents. Is there any way to recall?

I had about 10-15 folders that I would sort my mail into. But today when I opened my emails all the folders are gone along with the contents. I didn't delete these as the are important documents, statements etc. could you advise what I'm to do please

If this is an imap mail account, see if you need to subscribe to see them. Right click on imap mail account in Folder Pane and select 'Subscribe'. select all checkboxes of folder names and click on 'Subscribe'. click on 'OK'
