How long can it take to review addon?

Dear support. I have uploaded my addon for review in April 25, 2017 and it is still waiting in Awaiting Review. This addon is for internal usage and we need it soon. Due to long review time is blocking our working process. Could you provide what can we do to get review quickly . Regards Lusine.
