How do I put the tabs back to the top of the page rather than on the side?

I tried the new option to have the tabs on the side of the page rather than at the top, but I don't like it. I can't figure out how to change it back to the top.

Sign in there and disable the Tab Center experimental feature, at the bottom of that page.
