I'm having issues with the 3 window controls (minimize, maximize, close) in the top right corner, since the upgrade to windows 10. They no longer respond at all. Is anyone else experiencing this? is it a known issue?

it was actually 40 beta. I downgraded to 38.1 release and it seems to be working now.
