When logging into my credit card account with Bank of America. I can get the account pulled up but when I try to access the transaction page all I get is a blank screen. Therefore I am not able to see my account transactions or pay the bill using firefox. I hate using IE but I have been dealing with this issue for 2 months. Never had problem before that.

You can open the Web Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer).

Do you see security related error messages?

You can check on the Network tab if content from a specific domain is blocked and has a file size 0 (zero).

That looks weird to me.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

There are other things that need attention.

Your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.

  1. Shockwave Flash 16.0 r0
  2. Shockwave Flash 17.0 r0

You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.

You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.
