Use Sync to restore bookmarks after Windows restore

My PC crashed and would not reboot. Had to completely reinstall Windows7. Had been using Firefox and Sync prior. had to re-download Firefox, but of course all of my (many!) bookmarks are gone. The Sync promo says they are stored "on Mozilla's servers". >> How can I get them back?

Assuming that you were using Firefox 29 or higher, just sign in to Sync using your Firefox Accounts email addy and password.

Type about:accounts in the Location Bar and hit Enter.

Thanks Ed. Don't know for sure what version of Firefox I was using before the crash. I did the login as you suggested and got the "Manage" screen. When I click on that it takes me into sync settings. The only option there is to "Disconnect". How do I "restore previous bookmarks"?
