I deleted the Firefox on my Sony mobile phone.

I go to play store wanting to download it but I can't find it from my Sony phone. Can you please help.

I have a new (to me) Microsoft Surface pc with an ARM processor. After a very recent update to Windows 11,my entire Thunderbird installation has disappeared and I have been forced to use the Web to access my emails from Posteo.de Can you assist me please?

For some reason the Firefox desktop icon is missing and I can't find any way to create a new one. The icon in the taskbar is my only way to open Firefox. How do I create a new one?

I have been trying to set up Thunderbird Mobile on my Android phone. I scanned the QR code to export my settings. However, when I open the app on my phone, the only options I have are "Add an email account", or "Sign in with Thundermail". The instructions state that clicking on "Get Started" should bring up the option to "Import Settings" but it does not.

I should also add, when I try to put in the settings (which I know are correct, same as what I have in Thunderbird Desktop), it comes up with "Checking incoming server settings failed Network error Details: Unable to resolve host "twc.mail.com": No address associated with hostname. I positively know that is correct.

I am aware that Spectrum has had problems. However, it works fine with Thunderbird Desktop.

I've been using Thunderbird for more than a decade. My old version quit on me, I can't get e-mails. The error message I get is: "The certificate for inbound.att.net:995 does not come from a trusted source." I was hoping someone would get to the server and fix the issue, but it's been more than a week now and still no service. So I took it upon myself to download a new copy. I get to the donation page and donated $20. I attempt to download and I'm taken to another donation page and I can't get passed it without making another donation.

I'm stuck and need assistance.

I have been using Thunderbird for over 12 months on my old computer. I have just bought a new computer and I can't install Thunderbird on it. The process recognises my account settings, but when I press CONTINUE it gives me the error message below. The Thunderbird version on my old laptop is 155.0. I imagine that the current version I'm trying to load is a later version.

I have an extension that I depend on and it is not compatible with the current version of Thunderbird so I need to backup until it starts working again. How can I download earlier version of Thunderbird?

I need access to my Firefox browser most importantly for Amazon fresh deliveries on my Samsungs Phones homepage and currently it is only on my Samsung tablet. I do not use a desk top in tiny home and CAN'T, due to disability, use crome as have tried and it is to gaudy, bright and busy. Also my wifi is just included in my rent and down to no bars at all So I mostly depend on my own mobile plan
