I can't connect the Claude Login page anymore since beginning of september 2026. Last week I had no problem to connect it from Firefox. I have to go through Edge or Chrome.

Please advise.

Hi everybody!

My question is - is there a way to make the AI Chatbot text on the left-panel of Firefox bigger? I have already use zoom on the browser but it only make the text on the browser bigger but not the left-panel...

Within my Outlook.com email account i have an archive folder with 36 sub folders.

In the Thunderbird app for Android only 2 of these sub folders are visible.

I cannot find any setting that to resolve this issue

Each time navigating to settings>Accessibility in order to adjust the zooming for the current page is frustrating.

Add a menu option that controls Zoom per Site just like most browsers.

The app is good on the Android but it requires a full screen mode it's necessary sometimes things will face above cut on the pages layout you should also include a zooming level to adjust the borders of the website.

• Knowing that these features are well implemented on the PC side.

I have paid for Mozilla VPN subscription for many years - maybe 10 years - but now cannot activate it. I am using: Firefox 154.0.1 (64-bit)

I am totally blind and have the most current version of JAWS, Windows 11 Pro, and Thunderbird installed on my HP desktop. Somehow, I'm no longer able to navigate between accounts on this computer. (I'm currently using another computer to send this message). On my other system, JAWS reads/speaks everything, whether I'm in Word, Edge, or Chrome. In Thunderbird, I get a "forms open" sound, and the speech says, "about". When I hit the Escape key, I'm out of "forms mode," and the screen seems to be blank. I can't seem to tab anywhere or get into any of the accounts to read my email. How do I fix this? I don't want to hve to uninstall Thumderbird and risk losing all my emails. When Firefox opens, I sign in to my email address and when that page opens - it says at very top of screen that Firefox is not responding and stays that way. Refreshed, restarted, pressed delete cache and nothing will correct this. No issue for years until last week so please fix or advise how to do so. Thanks. Herb [redacted email from public]

The method I formally used (Ctrl+) to increase text font size is no long working nor is Ctrl with mouse scrolling, nor is any other options I've found in settings. The font size on header and side bars is increasing but not the text of emails.

I have albinism. Pure white backgrounds are not an annoyance – they cause physical eye pain and trigger migraines. Every time I visit support.mozilla.org or accounts.firefox.com, I am forced to endure #FFFFFF with no way to change it.

To anyone about to defend Mozilla blindly: this is about accessibility and eye pain, not brand loyalty, so do not silence me.

What Mozilla has done:

• Disabled extensions (Dark Reader, Stylus, Dark Mode) from modifying these pages – they are explicitly blocked by Mozilla's own Content Security Policy.
• Removed ui.systemUsesDarkTheme and layout.css.prefers-color-scheme.content-override from having any effect on these sites – they ignore prefers-color-scheme entirely.
• Left no about:config toggle to disable the forced light theme.

The only remaining workaround is a userContent.css hack with filter: invert(1) – which requires a visually impaired user to manually edit CSS files and restart the browser. That is not accessibility – that is hostility.

Security excuse – debunked:

• "We block extensions for security" – extensions are sandboxed. Blocking them on your own support pages is a deliberate policy choice, not a technical necessity.
• "We want a consistent brand appearance" – branding does not override accessibility. Forcing #FFFFFF on users with light sensitivity is a violation of basic inclusive design.
• "We respect prefers-color-scheme" – you do not. These two domains explicitly override it.
• "Users can just use Dark Reader" – you block it.

What I demand:

Make support.mozilla.org and accounts.firefox.com respect the system prefers-color-scheme media query. If you insist on light branding, add an official dark toggle in the site header – stored in a cookie or account preference. Stop blocking extensions from applying user‑chosen themes to your own sites. That is not security; it is control. You are a non‑profit that claims to value accessibility and user control. Your actions say otherwise. Fix these two domains. No CSS hacking should be required for basic vision safety.

I want to use this app, I accidentally deleted it but now after I downloaded it. It says I am unable to use because I have another apple account? Help Me be able to use it again.
