AP news shortcut added to new tab page with "sponsored shortcuts" off

I've noticed on several of my pc's running win10 & win11 the AP news shortcut has been added to the new tab page when I have not gone to the AP News site on either PC… (hamaky bebe kokoa)

I've noticed on several of my pc's running win10 & win11 the AP news shortcut has been added to the new tab page when I have not gone to the AP News site on either PC. If I have "sponsored shortcuts" off and I don't use AP news ever, how did it end up on my shortcuts?

can't add shortcuts in my homepage

I've been unpinning my shortcuts on my homepage, and now there's no blank space to add a new one. I've restarted my Windows and clicked the settings again to create short… (hamaky bebe kokoa)

I've been unpinning my shortcuts on my homepage, and now there's no blank space to add a new one. I've restarted my Windows and clicked the settings again to create shortcuts, but I can't add a new one. Please help me solve this problem. Shortcuts made my work easy to access. Thank you

We use Firefox for Android as our default browser. It allows 2x rows of up to 4x shortcuts per row on the homepage. Would it be possible for next version to allow 3 ro… (hamaky bebe kokoa)

We use Firefox for Android as our default browser. It allows 2x rows of up to 4x shortcuts per row on the homepage. 

Would it be possible for next version to allow 3 rows or even 4? Since shortcuts are a very handy feature.

New tab shortcuts behavior change

Previously, the shortcuts displayed on new tabs quite sensibly displayed the sites that I accessed the most from new tabs. The list was fairly stable, since I'm only norm… (hamaky bebe kokoa)

Previously, the shortcuts displayed on new tabs quite sensibly displayed the sites that I accessed the most from new tabs. The list was fairly stable, since I'm only normally accessing a few sites this way.

Today, the behavior of these shortcuts changed significantly, showing sites I visit much less frequently, and the shortcuts that are displayed also change frequently, instead of remaining stable as they did previously. I'm currently on version 141.0, but it's possible this behavior changed in an earlier version and I didn't notice until now.

Is there a way to revert to the previous behavior?
