I am using version 140 on Linux and now two company sites do not work properly when "enhanced trakcing protection" is enabled. The 2 companies are "public mobile" a Cell phone provider and "Voip.ms" a phone provider.

When I log onto public mobile I cannot view my specific account information, I can see other menu information. voip.ms I cannot log on either chat or the main customer portal. This only recently changed within the last 4 days and I am using the same version of firefox.

Can you provide an explanation as to why this is occurring?

Using 141 and have multiple tabs with the same message header. If I select "move to new window" they go away in the new window. I had the same problem with another version and it disappeared with a new version. Now it's back. Running windows 11.

This does not occur on Edge.

I've cleared browsing data and cookies as well as changed network settings from "Use System Proxy Settings" to "Auto detect Proxy Settings from this Network" (because one trouble-shooting site suggested it might resolve the issue)

What's going on?

Is it time to finally dump Firefox for Edge after more than 15 years of loyalty?

I do not have a screen shot of the PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR.

For the last 5 or 6 days when I go to block a spam sender I get this message "We couldn't block this sender. Please try again later." It happens on every email address I try to block - so far, about a dozen or so.

Is this a temporary glitch?

As the title suggest - I am unable to access LI at all.

It's not a profile issue because it loads fine on Edge. It's not an extension issue because it causes the same problems in troubleshooting mode, and it does get me to at least the login page on a private window.

Please help. I'm not sure how to resolve this. It's blocking a lot of my work.

for some reason netflix shows a black screen when watching movies. this just started happening. it works if i go into troubleshooting mode. i have no extensions running. i reinstalled the browser. i reset the browser settings. i tried everything that your web site suggests but i have no idea what is causing this to happen.

"Email masks are masked, or private, email addresses that forward messages to your true email address." Question: Does Relay simply consider my login email for my Mozilla account to be my "true email address"? I have more than one email address. Can I have messages to my email mask forwarded to a different address than that used for my Mozilla account?

Since the last update of Thunderbird (in the last few days) It is now asking for my pop.earthlink.net password. I do not know what it is, and I cannot work in Thunderbird to do anything about it.

This seems like a relatively new feature that I don't see a setting to toggle. How would I disable the drag-and-drop area at the top of the vertical tabs which prompts me to pin the tab?

Hello, I’m having trouble getting Firefox to work properly on my computer. During installation, the setup process becomes very slow, and once I manage to install it, Firefox hangs or becomes unresponsive within a few seconds after launching.

My system details:

Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit

What I’ve tried so far:

Reinstalling Firefox Running in Safe Mode Clearing profile data Disabling antivirus temporarily

None of these steps solved the problem. There are no specific error messages — the browser just freezes, and I have to close it via Task Manager.

I inadvertently clicked on "Hide images" on a newly received email. I cannot find how to go back and permit the images to be shown on that email.

My DSL router is at 192.168.0.1. Every time I log in to the admin account from another 192.168 box, Firefox balks because the router uses an evil self-signed certificate from the manufacturer. Is there any way to accept the "risk" permanently? It is an impediment to productivity having to wade through banners proudly proclaiming how dangerous my router is among warning messages and do you really want to ignore our safety warnings and corrupt your system you stupid user who, after decades of experience, cannot decide for yourself if your router is clickbait full of trojans and viruses that don't work on Linux systems anyway. Go bother Windows users with such utter nonsense. I don't need your Windows safety wheels. Solution: provide a way to turn off the miasma in about:config, safely hidden from naive Windows folk, for 192.168 networks.
