names no longer alphabetized when moving a subfolder to a folder

recently (within the past month or so) whenever I move a subfolder to another folder, instead of alphabetizing that folder, it puts it at the bottom of the list, while everything above it remains alphabetized.

I didn't change any settings and I cannot figure out how to get these to be alphabetized.

The only way I can get it to work, is to drag the subfolder to another folder, then drag it back to the folder that I want it in. That usually allows it to get alphabetized correctly.

Anyone have any idea what's going on?

Thanks....
