I select to remember personal certificate decision "Permanently", but Firefox asks again at every connection to the server.

When web servers request client certification, Firefox asks me which personal certificate to be used to the session to the web server, and asks this decision to be remember or not, too. So I select Remember this decision "Permanently", but Firefox asks again at next web connection.

I know before 138.0 decisions remembered permanently, but Firefox 140 forgets any certi decision immediately.
