I have the Firefox app and am using it but, it tells me I need to download the app still?

Although I am using the Firefox app anytime I want to add an extension, try to use sync, and downloading anything. I have tried closing the app, resetting the app, and deleting & reinstalling the app. Nothing seems to work.My main issue would be that I want to get the Unlock extension but it’s telling me to get the app. How do I fix this error I need this for my classes and projects.
