Hi Paulfirefox,

You should try typing about:home in the address bar. Is that the page you want as your home page? You should look at the Knowledge Base article How to set the home page. It has steps on how to reset the home page to default. I'd try that first.

Hopefully this helps!

Searching `About Home` has not helped. My search options & Firefox home page have been hijacked by mywebsearch powered by Google. (TM. Mindspark Interactive Network inc.) This page controles my searches and wil not allow me to browse elsewhere. This must be virus related & there are over 600 complaints posted of this nature. There must be a way of removing this virus
