Hi, this sounds really wrong, could you try restarting into Troubleshoot Mode (from Help menu) to see if it also does the same running that mode for a bit? Thanks!

yes i did that but it doesn't help. the crash report is blank it doesn't show anything to send. most of the time when i click to open a page in a new tab it needs a refresh to load and sometimes it freezes completely.

Would you be willing to download a separate Firefox Nightly nightly.mozilla.org as a form of a test and also a comparison to see if a different version fares better? (It comes with a separate clean profile that can also help eliminate issues; you can try creating a new profile even in your existing release to see if there's any change using a blank slate.)

yes that nightly working well and chrome and internet explorer and my laptop with firefox 152. i already try a new profile with firefox but nothing. If I upgrade my laptop to the new version, do you think it will have the same problem? They are both old computers.

The good thing is Nightly works, so if there's an issue, it is already resolved and will ship at a later point.

Just for sanity, to eliminate any broken update state — could you download the full current release installer from firefox.com and run it over your existing setup to make sure anything weird gets ironed out, in case you have some older libraries around etc.
