I want to import my Chrome bookmarks into Firefox but I keep getting asked for my keychain password. I've tried my Apple I’d password and my Firefox account password. Neither works.

That is your macOS system account password. The one you use when starting the Mac, or when your biometrics are not recognized or validated.
