Hi, My browser won't save the open tabs. I lost my tabs multiple times now, I don't even bother opening them back up now, but it's annoying. I have activated ( and disabled/enabled ) the setting to open previously open tabs on startup.

What can I do ? thanks

I have a few websites that are consistently unable to load or give out shortly after they do. The two websites I have the greatest issues with are kingarthurbaking.com and Pinterest. Both can load fine on other browers. I am running Windows 11 25H2.

Steps I have taken thus far that did not resolve: Clearing all cache and cookies Setting both "always block" and "always allow" cookies for the sites in question Disabling all extensions Running Firefox in troubleshooting mode Disabling hardware acceleration on Firefox and Windows Refreshing Firefox Completely uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox Screwing around with network.http.max-connections (a hail mary suggestion from a 2011 article)

Clearing all browsing history will let Pinterest load, but I can't search or navigate from the main page without encountering another infinite load and I can't scroll down far before images stop loading. I'm not fond of clearing my entire browser history every time I want to load anything in Pinterest or on King Arthur. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. 😊 I have a question about my copy of Firefox for Windows v152.0.6 x64. (For the record, I have nasty feeling that I'm using the wrong forum; but the address bar says I'm in the right one.)

In my main profile, the one that I have been using for years, the "Home and Startup" part of my settings page shows the following:

- Firefox Home

 - Search
 - **Weather**
 - Shortcut
 - Support Firefox
 - Recent Activity
   - Visited pages
   - Bookmarks
   - Most recent download
   - [Choose a wallpaper]
 - Firefox logo

Today, I went to about:profiles and created a new profile. This new profile offers different settings:

- Firefox Home

 - Search
 - **Widgets**
   - **Lists**
   - **Timer**
   - **Sports**
   - **Clock**
   - **Weather**
 - Shortcuts
 - Support Firefox
 - Recent Activity
   - Visited pages
   - Bookmarks
   - Most recent download
   - [Choose a wallpaper]
 - Firefox logo

That's strange, isn't it? Why the difference? And how can get all the goodies of the new profile under my old profile?

Hi, on my new PC with Windows 11 Firefox shows "save as" window after the download is complite. How can I change it so that this window appears before download starts?

Until a week or so ago this site ( https://sites.google.com/view/lve-construction/july-12-2026 ) displayed photos without a problem. It no longer does, just empty boxes. I have not changed any settings on Firefox. Both Edge & Chrome display without issues. See empty image.

I've suddenly had an issue crop up when trying to access Twitter on Firefox. I get an error message that says "Firefox’s Enhanced Tracking Protection (Strict Mode) is known to cause issues on x.com", but the problem is Im not using Strict Mode. I have standard protection on.

Currently, my Firefox Browser continues operating under Windows 10, without a known Windows 11, operating Browser update correction! Is there a solution to this problem?

I contacted Mozilla Support and was issued a ticket ID that is 438455!

I am watching a movie and would like to use Picture-in-Picture mode so I can continue watching while working, thanks to its floating window feature. However, I can no longer use it.

I have already tried clicking the Picture-in-Picture icon on the video, using the Ctrl + Shift + ] shortcut, and verifying that the feature is enabled under Settings > Tabs and Browsing > Media. Unfortunately, none of these methods worked.

I would appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. Aside from its extension support, Picture-in-Picture is one of the main reasons I chose Mozilla Firefox.

I’m experiencing high memory and CPU usage in Firefox, which is affecting my computer’s performance. One issue appears to be that “FirefoxCP Isolated Web Content” continues running even when tabs are inactive, contributing to increased resource usage.

Other browsers, such as Microsoft Edge, reduce memory and energy consumption by putting inactive tabs into sleep mode after a period of inactivity. I would prefer to continue using Firefox as my default browser, but I need a way to manage this level of resource usage.

Could you please advise whether Firefox offers a comparable setting, workaround, or planned improvement to reduce CPU and memory usage from inactive tabs?

When I try to enter the VA site (https://www.va.gov/my-health) it never opens (see attachment). I use my back-up browse (Microsoft Edge) and I can enter the site. Can you help?

Why is it so difficult for Facebook to function like it does in Chrome. I am a Firefox user on Windows 11. Facebook should function freely and without having to wait for actions to complete. I want Facebook to work normally on Firefox. It should not function like I'm driving a Mack Truck. Firefox, you need to fix this so Facebook functions normally.
