My password extension doesn't work in private window mode. When I look at the extension in Firefox, the mask shows next to it, indicating it should work in private mode. Is there a setting I'm missing?

How does this extension work (auto-fill or context menu or differently) ?

If this is about auto-fill then maybe try alternatives like the context menu if the extension supports this.
