On my banking web site I am unable to pay bills or open calendars
I used another browser on the same laptop and site worked fine, I no other such issues on ie credit card sites.

Thanks for your quick reply. I followed your suggestions and it did not solve the problem. Then said what have you done differently in the last week, and I added a password lock box "Intel true Key". I don't think it was the fault of the program ,but possibly a few too many click on my part when the site was loading. Anyway I uninstalled the program and restarted the computer, back in business!

Two things, probably not related to your immediate problem. Your System Details show that you have 5 versions of Shockwave Flash. At least delete the four out-of-date ones but you might do better to remove them all and start again.(Seven is the most I've seen.)
I would also suggest that you Google your plug-in "MapsGalaxy Installer Plug-in" for information and lots of removal advice. It is related to the troublesome MindSpark family.
This is a public forum so do not include any confidential or sensitive information. Exactly does or does not happen and do you get any error message if so what is the error message.
Are you seeing any problems on other sites that may be caused by similar problems but you can share details of ?

after i added the last patch from Firefox, i can log into my online banking but it will not allow me to pull up the bill pay portion of the site. However when I go to internet explorer, i have not problem. How can i fix this on firefox?
