In the last two weeks, Firefox will no longer display my pictures on my blog at www.benwitherington.com. It is also starting up very slowly.

In the past two weeks something has changed with Firefox. I can't see, nor can others see my images and pictures on my blog at www.benwitherington.com (click on blog). In addition, Firefox in the last two weeks is starting up much slower than Internet Explorer and suddenly blocking some of the ESPN pages I usually frequent. Help.

The photos appear correctly on my Firefox 3.6.4 on Vista.

Click Tools>Options>Content. Then find Load images automatically and click on the Exceptions button in the 'same line'. Do you see your blog there?

If not, please submit further information by typing about:support in the location bar and copy and paste the content here.

For some reason the images are showing up on some websites and on some website not. Very mysterious.

A way to see which images are blocked is to click the favicon (Site Identification icon) on the left side of the location bar. A click on the "More Information" button will open the Security tab of the "Page Info" window (also accessible via "Tools > Page Info"). Open the Media tab of the "Page Info" window. Select the first image and scroll down though the list with the Down arrow key. If an image in the list is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box "Block Images from..." then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.
