I have to sign in every single time I visit a certain website

I have to delete cookies before i can get https://vip.idaholottery.com/ to load every single time I go there, even 2 minutes after I get it to load the first time. My Firefox is up to date. It just started happening a month or so ago.

That sounds like something deliberate from the website side — you can either only load it using a new Private Window every single time, or try stopping it from saving any data with you locally by adding a setting for the site: Block websites from storing cookies and site data in Firefox — if it can function without any data set at all.
I should have said the log-in page doesn't even load. It's just white until I delete cookies and reload it. Then I can log in.
I tried blocking it from storing cookies and site data and I can get the log-in page without deleting cookies, but when I do log in I get a 419 page expired message.
