Why does this happen on Newgrounds?

Private window, Troubleshoot mode, and clearing cookies still result in the same screen. Google chrome can run it and I have Firefox on my phone and it can load Newgrounds without issue, so it's not an internet provider issue. As far as I can tell it's a Newgrounds specific issue.
