I can no longer get the "Fry's digital coupons" and when I contact Fry's they always say that it is from my browser. And then when I try again at Fry's, the page says "you are not authorized." Can you help me?
I can no longer the the "Fry's digital coupons". When I go online to Fry's and click on "Fry's digital coupons" it always says that "there are no coupons available, try again later". When I keep retrying it then says "you are not authorized to on this page." And the Fry's customer service always says it's my browser contact that is the problem.
Can you help me?

Can someone help me?
This could be a problem with your Windows 7 operating system that is no longer supported and doesn't allow to update Firefox to versions newer than ESR 115 versions (current release is 148.0.2). If that is the case then you are out of luck.
So I cannot get Fry's digital coupons anymore - right? Yes, I have windows 7. Yes or No?
I can't answer that question, but it is possible that they require a more recent browser to run their JavaScript, especially if they say that it is your bropwser Don't you know somebody with a newer Firefox version or mobile device to check this?
Any relevant-looking (error) messages in the Web Console?

Hi cor-el
I am having the same exact problem with several websites. Costco, Kohl's, Home Depot and Ralph's. I thought it was my computer but then when using Chrome these websites work. I have Windows 7. I also thought the Oesr 64 bit version of Firefox was supposed to continue to allow the use of Windows 7. Searching I just found your awnswer to colonius 1962. This really sucks because I use these websites all the time. You are right I have version 115.33.Oesr and it says it is up to date. My laptop with windows 11 has version 148.0.2. Yes, these websites work on window 11.
Is this problem going to be fixed? Isn't Firefox run by Mozilla? Unfortunately, there are many of us still using Windows 7 on an older computer. I would appreciate your answer.
Amy
Your reply did not help. I am not a computer whiz (I'm a senior citizen) and am unable to "Navigate the suggestion you gave".
Guess it means Windows 7 no longer gets the digital coupons and still, Fry's does not accept any responsibility.
