When I open it it is all "rolled up" Like a window shade. I have to pull it down to get the full page and query line.

Firefox never full closes. It remains "diminished" at the bottom of my page.

I want it to fully open without having to pull it down to full page I want to be able to close it.

Can you attach a screenshot?

  • Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
  • Make sure that you do not exceed the maximum size of 1 MB

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift (Mac Options) > key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
