All I have want to do, is to stop Firefox asking me every single time I load it up do I want to restore a session, jusst becuase of the way I shut down.

No, I do not want to resotre session and I never will.

So why have you made it so bloody annoying and frustrating to turn this feature off?

Why are you hell bent on making the last stand against chorme so bloody crap and annoying to use?

Please, just stop it, just make firefox easy to configure and use, making everything so frustrating to use. You know, most of the world are not programmers and geeks. Most people just want to be able use and configure stuff to their liking hassle free. Stop being arrogant snobs and start actually lookign at things from the point of the everyday user.

when I tried to install an app that I downloaded from Wacom a prompt came up and said that "Install Wacom Tablet.pkg" can't be op;ened because it is from an unidentified developer. What do I have to do to open the app?

Firefox will not load any websites, it’s like there is some kind of connection issue. My network is fine, other browsers work fine, but Firefox seems to be ‘stuck’. I tried some of the recommendations like the ipv6 config, and DNS prefetching. No viruses came up on scans. I am using version 137.0.2 On MacOS 10.15.7. I also think the problem might be that it seems to be constantly checking for updates and there is no way to stop it. I deselected the ‘automatically install updates’ option, but it’s still spinning as it checks for updates and there appears to be no way to stop it.

I downloaded Firefox onto my new Windows 11 computer, but the "Firefox View" tab is not there, and there is no option in the "Customize Toolbar" to drag it onto the menu. How do I get the "Firefox View" tab to show on my browser to the left of where the different open webpage tabs are located?

I'm taking an online course using Canvas, and there is an Immersive Reader option that I'd like to have available. How do I activate the reader using the Firefox web browser?

I reported a problem here about having an inability to login to Freecycle but had no trouble when using Chrome. I now have a problem with Waitrose.com. I tried to enter the weekend competition but after entering all the data there appeared a message saying something had gone wrong and to try agian later. This I did but the same thing happened. Fortified by my experience using Chrome I tried using it to enter and did so without any problem. I tried turning off enhanced tracking but this had no effect

trying to upgrade my firefox browser which isn't working for important things - downloading it for my linox only went to my download folder not upgraded - so trying this - Paul - BandOfLife@gmail.com - help thanks April 25 25
