Download Ask toolbox won't disappear
Since abt 1/1/14 every time I open Firefox 90% of screen is filled with demand to download "ASK" toolbox. To get to Google I have to go up to right hand side of screen and type in "Google." I went to tools and then add-ons to extensions and made sure it wasn't authorized. Nothing about ASK there. 1st how do I get rid of it? 2nd to whom do I complain about this highjacking?

hello dgoodwin22, please try to reset firefox - that should address the problem!
you also might want to run a full scan of your system with the security software already in place and different tools like the free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner to make sure that there isn't adware in other places on your system as well.
