Why is Firefox not downloading my email attachments?
Firefox will not open the download dialog box, and I cannot download my email attachment. However, I can download my email and attachments in other browsers.

Have you tried clearing your browser caches? Can you download files that are not attachments? See also here Email attachments won t download

Yes. I also turned off Pop-up blocker and the problem remains.
