Facebook on Firefox doesn't show chat box on the left
Hey! Many times I opened facebook to find it blank(a white page with only text - such as facebook, find friends etc.). In addition, I never see the boxes on the left(profile pics of friends) of the page from which you can access the chat(not the right bar!!!)
How can I fix these problem?
Please note that I already tried to disable all my addons.

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.
To Reset Firefox do the following:
- Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
- Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
- Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
- Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Will it delete my favourites?
Nope not at all :) your Favorites, history, saved passwords, etc will all be saved.
So what would be erased?
The only thing you will lose are any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.
