when I open firefox it goes to the last internet program i was at.
This happens after a short period. If i go out of an internet program and in just a couple of minutes try firefox it goes directly to firefox. but if I wait 10 or so minutes it goes to the last internet I was at.

I am merely confirming this as requested.
I haven't received an answer yet. the problem still exists.
Which other internet programs are you referring to and how do you start the program?
Are you clicking the default browser in the Start menu?
