New Private Window Problem
Firefox recently added a feature that requires me to open a new private window to access Revenue Canada. I use Intuit Turbo Tax to file my Income Tax. The Intuit software allows you to download your rax records from CRA and insert the information in your T1 Return. With the latest change to Firefox this option is not available any longer because the default for the CRA account is not to a private window. How do I get around this problem????

What happens when you try to open the page in a regular tab or window? Is there an error message?
If your Firefox only opens private windows, this could be caused by changing a History setting on the Settings page. Either of these will trigger automatic private browsing:
- Setting "Firefox will: Never remember history"
- Setting "Firefox will: Use custom settings for history" + checking the box for "Always use private browsing mode"
