How do turn off the headers and footer and have them stay off, Mac, epson printer, everything updated
In the print window I turn the header and footer to blank but every time I print there back and I have to turn them off again. How do I make this permanent. I saved a preset after turning them off but they still are there when I come back. Page setup offers no options other than printer and paper size.

Would you please try this :
Type in the address bar about:config and press Enter (promise to be careful, if asked)
Type in the search bar print.print
Look for these preferences :
print.print_headercenter print.print_headerleft print.print_headerright print.print_footercenter print.print_footerleft print.print_footerright
Double click on each one and remove the text in the box.
This will remove the header and footer information when you print.
Then close and restart Firefox.
