Are you accessing your email inbox through Firefox (= with an online app) or with an e-mail client (like Microsoft Outlook 2013/2010/2007, Thunderbird…)?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
If the problem is still there, the issue may be with the web site.
