Please for the love of all things holy... Tell me how I can restore my windows from my previous PC? I'm taking waaaaaayyyyyy to long just to get my windows sessions back... Also, why on earth did you remove the delete button from the search engines in settings? I need Google gone!!!

Dear Support Person,

Yesterday, after being notified that an upgrade was available, I executed the upgrade to version 152.0.

The upgrade completed successfully with my eight tabs populating on the left side along with a new tab showing all the features of the new upgrade.

I opened my Gmail tab and my Yahoo mail tab. Eventually, Firefox froze up, saying it was Not Responding. I looked at Task Manager and saw that Firefox was continuing to grab up memory. I ended the Firefox process in Task Manager.

I then opened it again and deleted all the tabs except for one. It continued to grab up memory.

I then opened it in Troubleshooting mode. It errored out, and I sent the report to Firefox support.

The only thing that has changed is the fact that I ran the upgrade to Firefox. Nothing else has changed.

Firefox has been my go-to browser for years. I am using Chrome as my access to the internet now, and cringe every time I go into it.

I hope and pray that you can bring my Firefox friend back to me.

~ Kyle P.S. I just tried getting information from about:support. I was able to copy the raw data and then the application crashed. I sent the Crash Report to you folks. The raw data I pasted in the Troubleshooting Information box.

I came to know about Firefox Widgets but can't see any on Firefox 152 on Windows 11 desktop. The option Allow Firefox to improve features, performance and stability between updates is already checked (Screenshot attached) as suggested by users.

I am not able to sign in to my United Healthcare account after update. When I put in my username or email, the message comes back as the username is incorrect. I am able to sign on in another browser eg Microsoft Edge. Therefore, it is Mozilla browser issue. Can you help me resolve this?

Is it possible to access Settings>Accessibility>WebsiteContrast to quickly turn it on and off, by setting it as a bookmark (or quick access) rather than having to click settings and search for it each time?

Can you let me know if this is possible, or possibly add it in a future update if it is not?

I know that there are extensions that allow you to do this, but I am wary of using too many extensions because they can be a privacy vulnerability.

I'm running Firefox 152. When I try to interact with chat bot at https://www.sutterhealth.org/contact-us it says to "Update Permissions". Their tech support said to clear cookies and cache or use Google Chrome. I cleared cookies and data. Their Chat bot still says to "Update Permissions".

I need to help to find out what is causing this block. Thank you!

as i mentioned on the ticket name, my default page shortcuts clips every webpage i visit.

i do not want ev ery visited page on my shortcuts. i want my specific choices of frequently used pages to only be up on there.

i've checked settings for default page shortcuts, but i cannot find anything other than how many row it can show.

any idea on this matter?

I just made your suggested "reorganisation" of the Firefox Browser with the result that all my hard collation of all my bookmarks, website and passwords are presently gone!!! I can only hope that you have a possibility to recover my datas.

Please advise your instruction to recover my websites, bookmarks etc.

Using version 152.0.1 on windows 11. Have added an extra 'search' box as described in 'Add the Search bar to your Firefox toolbar ". Is it possible to have a default search engine i.e. Google (and the option to choose other engines) on the big search / address bar, but have a DIFFERENT and ONLY option to search with one i.e Wikipedia engine on the smaller search box? i.e. one general search/ address box, and one if you know you want to search with a different default search engine. Tried everything google AI suggested and nothing worked; it said both boxes are 'linked'. Thanks.

For years using firefox, I have had all of the bookmarks and login information retained by Firefox on my old HP laptop, but after buying a new Windows 11 Laptop and performing the Firefox syncing, none of the bookmarks/favorites and none of the password (and other items that used to self-populate) are there on my now machine. This has caused an emergency situation since my old laptop is now fatally broken. I'm wondering how to start diagnosing what the problem is, whether the "syncing" actually occurred within my account, while the syncing process indicated no problem. The new machine has it's own Bookmarks toolbar showing, but only contains a few new bookmarks that I have manually added.

While playing Free Games.org and Free Mahjong also on AOL Mail Firefox crashes after a few moments. I performed security scans and restarted, still crashing.
