I need to delete a copy of Mozilla Firefox from my laptop. I downloaded an extra by mistake.

I had lots of trouble making Firefox work yesterday, after what I believe was a Mozilla update I had to uninstall and then reinstall. What I am experiencing after the new install and all updates is: I placed the icon on the taskbar. when I open Firefox it opens a new icon in the taskbar. I have two icons when using firefox instead of two like it has always been before. In the picture, the icon on the left is always there. The one on the right opens when I open firefox. Is it supposed to work like this? It is a windows issue? Is it A mozilla issue? Anyone else having this issue. I have tried different ways after deleting the icons, to place it back on the taskbar. I used the pin to taskbar, drag and drop on taskbar... Any ideas. Just live with it? or fix it somehow?

Ive also spotted a number of folders properties are showing the target as an A:\Users path rather than the expected C:\Users but the path is 'greyed out' and cannot be edited, help much appreciated

I have been never been able to get any useful response to any question, (including the one just posed) from the Mozilla community. I did, by serendipity wind up in a discussion with a new (to me), manage in the process though to stumble across what appeared to be a relatively new forum, within the community that offered some hope, in that it terms of reference were specific to addressing the problem.
Hooray. . .I just accessed the the new notice regarding educated guesses. Blatantly false advertising in that none were provided, but it did appear to be connected to the forum trying to address the problem at hand.
It's a daunting challenge, requiring understanding and discussion in depth because the system itself is quintessentially non-linear, dynamic, and it's ultimate configuration. . .which includes the user interface and human operators indeterminate and un-determinable. But a great and hopeful start. I believe I indicated an interest in contributing to the discussion. How do I get to it? I'm logged in now and my email [edited email from public community support forum] is the easiest way to respond, if that it available. Thanks.

I am using the current version of Bazzite. When I run Mozilla VPN, I just get a blank window for a few seconds, then it asks if I want to force quit. Uninstalling and reinstalling, and restarting my PC, do not seem to help.
I recently reinstalled Bazzite on this PC, and Mozilla VPN was working on my previous install.
