Hello,

Since this morning, I haven't been able to access Bsky on my laptop because of a supposed HSTS risk, which means I can't add an exception to visit it. I use Firefox on my Android and going to the mobile version of the website lets me in no problem, so I assume there's an issue with my laptop.

I'd usually wait a few days and let it solve itself but just in case it's something on my end, I'd like to solve it! I'm on 151.0.4 (64-bit), don't use a VPN or an anti-virus, I have a couple of privacy add-ons but they've been here forever and they've never caused a fuss. I can post a screenshot of the error code and the certificate it sends me if it's any help.

i haven't used Firefox for a while but when i tried to import my bookmarks from Brave, they were imported but i cannot access them. i would have believed that Firefox would have either given me a 2nd listing or merged them into the ones i already have. am i to believe that this cannot be done? or am i overthinking this import thing?

Firefox will randomly require an admin to install the latest update and then go 10 or so updates without any admin access needed.

Work device, all users are non admin making this extremely tedious to update a browser that brings a new update almost every 3-5 days.

On top of that, I elevated to admin and went to the help > About section and pressed Restart to Update Firefox and entered admin creds and still its refusing to update. Just re-opens on 151.0.4.

On the previous version it did the same thing. I completely wiped my firefox from the system, removed all registry and file settings, rebooted, and did a fresh install.

now on 152.0 its doing the same thing again.

Please create a new version of the browser app that supports the ability to use FileSystemAPI on directories, this is essential for working with a BeatBuddy project and SD cards that are saved on my computer using the online editor. Many thx, Manfred

Subscription VPN quit working. When I fill out the help request and hit submit, It says "not working, try using a browser". I am in the Mozilla browser. Everything I try brings me back to the same

I had my computer fixed due to a virus and now I can't get my old firefox with all my saved passwords back. How can I get it back. I'm using my same email address.

When using the built-in VPN, even if you turn off the "use VPN for this site" toggle, the site does not open until you turn off the VPN completely. I have a local company website that doesn't work when VPN is enabled, and I want to use the new built-in VPN with an exception for this website. But after I turn off the "Use VPN for this website" toggle, the website still won't open. The only solution is to completely disable the VPN for the browser.

If I upload a jpg image via the + in the Gemini prompt it fails with an ! or doesn't give the (up pointing arrow) execute option prompt. Do usual things and even clean installed Firefox. Same on 3 windows 11 PCs 2 of which not my own hence not configured the same. All did work until latest updates. No browser extensions antivirus temporarily turned off. Same in, private and safe mode. All work fine on Chrome or Edge (sorry to swear at you) A work around is to load them via Google Drive or Photo and pull them from Google platform.

(Just to confirm: Yes, I'm talking about Firefox VPN, not Mozilla VPN)

Sometimes, I need to let my computer run for a while without using it. This often means that I'll have Firefox open for hours at a time without anything happening.

I've noticed that almost every time after I come back to my computer after hours of inactivity with Firefox VPN turned on, I get the "Secure connection failed" error on EVERY website I try to access, including sites where I specifically disabled VPN for them.

If I try to turn off and turn on Firefox VPN, it fails to turn itself back on after five minutes of waiting. So when I restart Firefox, it's turned off, which is inconvenient since I have pinned tabs which I want the VPN turned on for.

And if I restart Firefox (with or without restarting the computer itself) without doing anything to Firefox VPN, which means the Firefox VPN is still ostensibly turned on when Firefox is shut down, then when Firefox opens again, Firefox VPN is... turned off. This is not the expected behavior, because if I restart Firefox with the VPN turned on without having had any site loading issues, then the VPN is still on when Firefox opens again.

Since Firefox VPN otherwise works fine for me, I'm just restarting Firefox more often now. But I feel like this isn't supposed to happen.

On the "New Tab" page i have ChatGPT pinned so i can go to chatgpt easier, but when i click it it says "Problem Loading Page", but when i search chatgpt on the search bar and click ChatGPT on the results, it works. I tried changing the link but it still doesn't work. It used to work but then this problem just started happening. All of the other links that i have pinned for example Youtube works, only chatgpt doesn't work. I hope someone can help me with this.
