I am trying to use the free VPN in my browser. I have requested IPs in multiple countries and so far all work except the U.S. When I request a U.S. IP address a check shows I am in Chile. When I travel I need a U.S. IP address. What is the issue there?

I purchased mozilla vpn. It worked fine for months until a few days ago. Now I can't use the internet at all without turning it off. With the purchased version off I turned on the vpn in the firefox browser. This seems to work fine but it is only in used within the browser. The ;purchased browser is installed on my Iphone and my Mac laptop. Same problem with both. I also received an email a day or so after the trouble started saying my password for Mozilla had been changed. I did not aske for this change. Since my internet access was shut off I couldn't initiate a change of my own. It took me another day to figure out my problem was the browser. At that point I changed my Mozilla login password. I wpou;ld ;like top keep usiong the purchased version of the mozilla vpn on both my laptop and my iphone (13) because it looks more thoroughly at data going in and out of my devices.

I have a document that allows me to extend the page for supporting information. However when I move the up/down bar the original document moves but there is no way to move up/down the supporting page.

My firefox took longer than normal to load this morning. It will go to some homepages but then won't go to any sub pages. It appears to not want to go to the home pages of shopping websites. It says it last updated firefox 5 days ago so the long wait this morning wasn't an update. If I use Microsoft Edge I a able to browse freely.

I can't find any way to make the settings so that the label prints correctly across the entire sheet. I tried all the settings, nothing helped. Everything prints fine in Google Chrome.

I have been using this wonderful browser since 2012, and it has been my default browser ever since. Recently, I've been facing an issue where I can't upload images, audio files, videos, or any other attachments on WhatsApp Web through this browser. To verify the problem, I tested WhatsApp on a different browser, and everything worked perfectly there.

I would appreciate your advice on how to resolve this issue. Please guide me on what steps I can take to fix the browser and restore normal functionality.

I fill out a lot of forms online and use Firefoxe's autofill to fill in my personal info.

The problem I have is that autofill always puts a +1 in front of my phone number on the forms.

Since the form is only looking for 7 digits, it chokes with the +1 and won't submit. This requires me to manually click on the phone number field and delete the +1 so the form will submit. With the amount of forms I fill out, this creates a lot of unnecessary wasted time constantly having to correct it.

I have tried editing the phone number in autofill to remove the +1, and although it appears to do so, as soon as I save it, it comes right back again.

Is there an about:config setting that will remove this? I don't know why Firefox thought this was a good thing and not allow a way to edit it out.

I've been having this problem for a wee while when I'm browsing facebook (which works better in Chrome) the site on firefox and as well as messenger is really laggy and I'm wondering if there is a hidden setting that I should change to improve this?

I only have adblock addon installed and I cleaned out the history and browser cookies ect but the problem still remains.

My cursor doesn't show an 'image preview' anymore when I hover over a tab even though I still have it checked in my settings. It always did until a few days ago, but now it doesn't & I haven't changed anything.

I'm filling out an appcation for a study permit in canada. My university website said that i should download adobe acrobat reader and use it to open the application pdf. I didn't want to pay for adobe, so i opened it with firefox instead. In the document, there are tab selections that it allows so you can select answers accurate to you and fill out the document. But at the top of the document it says I should enable javascript by going to preferences, then edit, and and then reopen the form. How can I enable javascript in firefox? I'm having difficulty finding the preferences and edit sections.

By the answer, I lost any support about trouble shooting.

I ask questions. Have Firefox development team previously confirmed that it works? Does you have Bugzilla ID about functionality check with passkeys in Microsoft password manager or something like it?

There are audio and video files for which I receive in the console that they can't be decoded. Media resource could not be decoded, error: Error Code: NS_ERROR_DOM_MEDIA_RANGE_ERR (0x806e0069)

When I first installed firefox a while ago something popped up and I wasn't paying attention to what it was before I clicked it and every since whenever I click share on any website it will not work.

It works in any other browser except for Firefox..

Firefox suddenly stopped autofill for one of my credit card websites. Went to settings and everything seems to be in place. after manual log in FFasked to save info and I checked 'Save', but still no go. It just added new(additional) login info to my list of passwords.
