Good day. For the last week or so, I've not been able to access my banking website login page. I've tried in Chrome, it works, but I prefer not to use that browser. I can get to the primary website, but when I choose the log in page, I just get a blank page. I've not had this issue before and I've been using Firefox and the same bank for years. Do you have any suggestions as to how I fix this?

It is impossible to access a certain website using Firefox mobile. Edge, Chrome and safari work fine. I tried to turn protection off but it makes no difference. Why is this happening? Site is www.hlc.bike a large b2b distributor in the cycling world.

Since a recent update, I can no longer drag and drop files from the Firefox downloads panel directly into Outlook Web (webmail) as an email attachment. This used to work fine before.

Steps to reproduce: 1. Download a file (e.g. a PDF) 2. Open the downloads panel (the arrow icon in the toolbar) 3. Try to drag the file from the panel into the attachment area of a new email in Outlook Web 4. The file does not get attached — nothing happens

Expected behavior: the file should be attached to the email, as it was before.

Workaround: I have to open the downloads folder via the folder icon in the panel, then drag from Windows Explorer instead.

Firefox version: 150.0.2 (64-bit) OS: Windows Webmail: Outlook Web (outlook.office.com or outlook.com)

This is a regression, it worked in previous versions. Is there a fix planned?

I use multiple Firefox profiles and create separate desktop shortcuts for each profile using Firefox’s built-in profile shortcut option. I then pin each profile shortcut to the Windows taskbar so I can launch them independently.

The issue is that when I click one of the pinned profile icons, Firefox opens a new separate taskbar group/icon instead of attaching the window to the already pinned taskbar item for that specific profile.

For example:

• I pin Profile A and Profile B separately to the taskbar.
• When Profile A is already open and I click its pinned icon again, Windows creates another Firefox taskbar button/group instead of reusing the existing pinned Profile A button.
• Google Chrome profiles do not behave this way on Windows — each profile stays grouped with its own pinned taskbar icon as expected.

Is this a known limitation/bug with Firefox profiles on Windows taskbar integration, or is there a way to make Firefox profile shortcuts behave like Chrome profile shortcuts?

FF for Linux Mint mint-001 1.0 FF closes in just a couple of minutes, even with one open tab and nothing clicked or typed. FF crashes even in "Troublshooting Mode". "about.crashes" lists no crash reports Using Task Monitor to view system vitals, I discovered that while CPU usage by FF is very low, memory usage rises linearly over a couple of minutes. System memory available is 31.0 Gb. When FF usage reaches 30.7 Gb, FF crashes. No other browser or program has issues.

Lately, on certain websites, like Fox News - I open a tab in a new link and it just spins.

Today, I just tried to register an account with a glass company, and I hit the button to register, and nothing happened.

Yesterday on a different site, I went to place an order, and everything grayed out and it just stayed like that.

What do I need to adjust in order for this to stop happening?

Firefox spotted a potentially serious security issue with www.aol.fr. Someone pretending to be the site could try to steal things like credit card info, passwords, or emails. ??????? I used Aol since 1998 !!!!!!!!

We have an issue : we reinstalled windows 11 on a machine and thereby lost the account login used to sync Firefox. No way to recover it (we went as far fas as using file recovery tools but no luck).

Is there a way to recover only the account login ? No need for the password. I could provide the IP of the computer in question (it is a professional IP, not shared).

When I select a line of text, normally it would get deleted/overwritten when typing a new line of text, but when I select text in Firefox and begin typing again, it simply deletes the first word in the selection and keeps the rest. Is there a setting to have ALL text selected deleted/overwritten when new text is entered? Selecting one word overwrites the whole word but when an entire line to be deleted is selected, only the first word is deleted and typing begins where that word ends.

I went to settings to make sure Firefox Home was the default loaded on New Tabs, which it is. How do I fix this?

On the Firefox home page, there are shortcuts. I have pinned some of these shortcuts. When I click on a shortcut, it opens in the current tab. I would like to have the shortcut I click, open in a new tab, without having to Ctrl+click Is this possible?

I have many years worth of e-mails in several folder in Hotmail/Outlook. I am about to download them to local HD storage. I will probably use the Outlook Export function which I understand will send me a massive single .PST file. Does Mozilla have a way by which I will be able to search, read and generally access those e-mails and their attachments? Thank you very much for your help - this is part of my campaign to become less dependent on the Big Tech Bros...

Unable to play a video on Hulu with my own Hulu account, which I have had no issues in the past doing, even with all my ad blockers and trackers enabled (Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin, AdBlocker Ultimate, Ghostery, and Malwarebytes). I have tried disabling all of the above extensions, refreshing the website and still no luck. My internet speed is fine, I checked it through 3 different internet speed testers to verify Also checked my Wifi signal through our Google Home portal. I've searched online for solutions and haven't found anything new to help or in the Mozilla Support forum. My computer/laptop is up to date on all updates and software. How to sort Tab Groups alphabetically in the Add Tab to Group Menu?

I want to add tabs to groups bit the groups are changing their position and it would be very helpful to (optionally) have the freedom to sort Tab Groups to appear alphabetically in that menu!

But that should NOT affect the sorting order in the browser window!

But of course it also would be helpful to have the freedom to also sort the tab groups order in the main windows, but please make it a different sort order than in the Add to Tab Group menu dropdown.
