Dear, Since today, I have some problem to access to some local website. I try, by example, to go to this address : 192.168.17.1 (it's my local network) and it's the same for all of my internals address. Firefox said it's not possible but it's still possible by Chrome, Safari... In my parameters, I have no DNS via HTTPS and I made a exception for this address in the only HTTPS mode. Have been using Firefox 133.03 on Mint 22 Cinnamon for a couple of weeks now, but I have a number of randomly missing favicons in my bookmark toolbar. I have extensively googled the issue and tried pretty much all the remedies I could find: just click on the place holder icon to refresh, delete the bookmark and place it again, use the Checkmark extension, check the integrity of the favicon DB, delete the favicon and places.sqlite files, clear the cache. Doing these things repeatedly and repeatedly restarting Firefox, I could claw back a number of my icons, but now things have stalled and there a quite a few holdouts that refuse to update. I'm also using Firefox on Windows without these issues. Would appreciate some hints as to how to further troubleshoot this.

Das u.a. Bildschirmfoto zeigt die Buttons der Startseite. Einige davon sind verschwunden. Das leere Button mit dem +, mit dem man neue Buttons einfügen konnte, ist ebenfalls nicht mehr vorhanden. Wie komme ich wieder dahin, weitere Buttons einzufügen?

I am on a web page and right click & select "View Page Source" that then opens in a NEW TAB with the source code. Then CTL F and select the string "mp3" to find. This then takes me to a position 142 characters to the right of the actual "mp3" location. Skipping back to actual location the "mp3" now appears as "blank". Very strange!!

Insert picture in email text does not work. When attempting to drag/insert picture into email text, the message "The following files couldn't be attached: filename.jpg. Please try again later." appears. Firefox 133.03 64-bit is up to date on Windows 10. I have not been able to find a solution. The dragged/inserted picture always ends up outside the email text box and cannot be moved into it. What is a solution? Is this something new or do I need to reload Firefox?

It worked last Christmas!!! It is not important now that the holiday is over but would like to fix it.

Hi, i downloaded the recent update on 6th March, and it wiped out all my saved passwords along with the password manager, so i had to fill in the details for each visit and to each site i visited. Fortunately i did a system restore to a previous date and got all the details back, the firefox update returned but i cancelled it this time, Are you aware of this and if so are you correcting it, thanks, Malcolm.

For some time now, firefox literally has NO horizontal scrollbar, even on sites when it is clearly needed.

How do I make it visible? Is it a Windows 10 & 11 thing?

Also, before anyone suggests it, several posts online mention to go to Settings > General > Browsing > Always show scrollbars. These posts are over a year old, however, and this option DOES NOT exist.
