I have had so much trouble w/ FireFox VPN. At this point I'm convinced Google is paying the CEO and crash Mozilla straight into the ground. I paid for annual sub, then like something changed (they couldn't honor one of the services (email relay maybe?)) and then I had VPN for a bit and then all of a sudden it got cancelled. Now I have it turned on after they took a while to get back to me about asking why it was turned off (I guess at least they got back to me eventually), but when I go to check my account info about when my renewal is becuase I'm highly thinking about going over to DuckDuckGo and WaterFox, I click on "Paid subscriptions" options and get a refresh of the page w/ a "failed to load page, contact support" every single time. Then when I follow link to "contact support" I get a community forum option, It's giving BROKE!! I really have loved FireFox for so long but I'm thinking this might be the end. I even tried working for Mozilla, but decided not to due to the Five stage interview process, which clearly is not working out for them. Were they really able to screen the best of the best developers with that type of interview process? I digress...

Today, "prioritized email" notifications started to show up in the lower right hand corner of the monitor. They are very annoying! How do I prevent from appearing on the screen?

I bought a new computer, downloaded Firefox, but cannot figure out how to import all my bookmarks and passwords. (The old computer is out of commission at a repair shop.)

I am running Firefox 148.0 and Thunderbird 148.0. I am in the process of moving everything to a new (to me) computer that will run Windows 11. When I start Firefox from the start menu or the taskbar everything runs as expected. I have the Adblock Plus extension plus several others running. If I click on a Hyperlink in a email in Thunderbird instead of opening in a new tab into the currently open copy of Firefox as it did on my old computer running Windows 10 it opens in a new window with no extensions. I am assuming that I have something set incorrectly. Any help as to where I should look to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently using Windows 11 (64 bit). I have installed Firefox in a separate drive instead of Local C to save space. Now that I have done so, the automatic update fails often which causes me to try and find the custom installation on the Firefox download page. I use https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/custom-installation-firefox-on-windo... page to try to find the correct installer.

Unfortunately, the download page that I was directed to, I can't seem to find the custom installation setup. When I click download, it keeps giving me the automatic Firefox Installer and proceeds to add Firefox on my C drive rather than the Mozilla Firefox Setup Wizard.

Can someone kindly direct me to where I can download the Mozilla Firefox Setup Wizard to update Firefox?

Hello! Have a quick question concerning Firefox Themes. I have a rather large monitor (5120x1440). When I download a theme, the left quarter of the theme is a solid color (not theme related), see attached screenshot. Is this because the theme was made for small resolution? Can I increase the resolution on the downloaded theme? Thanks! Grateful Firefox user - Jeff

I have used the OneTab browser extension for years. Mac computer ran out of space but was completely backed up. Got new computer. copied Firefox profile from the and updated the profiles.ini to use the backup data.

I used a backup dated 12 Feb 2026.

I was able to restore my bookmarks and passwords from this profile, but they seem to be from many years ago. I was not syncing to my Firefox account and saving the passwords to my computer. i assumed they would be in a bakup. None of my OneTab items were restored.

I wonder if part of the problem is that Firefox wants to ( and did) update my new computer to Firefox 145 or 147. I don't know which Firefox was running when I had the issue but I suspect it was older.

All of the storage/moz-extension files are there and firefox is using the correct profile data. Is there any way to find/read/extract the OneTab history? Where should I look? I contacted OneTab and all they could tell me was to look in storage/default/moz-extension.. ( nothing readable there) Thanks

I've seen a lot of questions online about making just the icons on the taskbar larger. With the greying of America (all of those boomers out there), many of us are not able to see the miniscule icons that firefox has anymore. Please help! Many thanks!!

Hello, I'm using Firefox 147.0.4 on Windows 11. When I open the Adobe Firefly website and I try to upload a file to the Adobe server using drag and drop or by browsing the Windows file system, nothing happens ... There's no error message, but the file isn't uploaded. Of course, this site works perfectly with Opera or Edge... On the Adobe forums, many users have the same problem with Firefox, and Adobe's response is always the same: change browsers ! Today I updated Mozilla Firefox to version 146.0 (64-bit). After the update, the highlight color of the tab I just opened appeared in the bookmarks bar (Cntrl+B) in an unwanted way (see screenshot). How can I change this color to a less contrasting one? I have the "dark theme" enabled, and the highlight color is a bright blue. I want to change it to a softer color. How can I do this?

My passwords have been randomly disappearing from my PC. My android has the passwords intact but it will not sync in either direction. I have followed every instruction that I can find with no success.

On a couple of occasions, a successful sync has happened randomly a couple of days later.

On this occasion no syncing so far. (two days)

I am feeling that Firefox is becoming somewhat unstable, which is a shame as I have been using the browser since Noah was a lad.

Any ideas?
