My IT department did a reinstallation of my laptop and previously to that checked the sync in firefox so everything were ok. now when logged in i am missing everything. can you please help me get back all my bookmarks. how shall i do ?

Noticed the bookmarks error message at the top of the browser page then looked to find they were gone, no troubleshooting methods have worked and I don't seem to have any backup files. Bookmark manager is blank and there are no selectable options?

streaming sites that load on chrome, opera and brave do not load on firefox since the last update, the throbber is the only thing that loads. Running win 11 pro on a powerspec computer, 32 gig ram, onboard graphics, intel core I9 processor 12th gen I believe, has been checked and not one which had the issues

Firefox is not responding. Also various apps are not showing/responding. Apps I use every day have disappeared and when I go into the App Store and search for them they are not even listed.

I’ve recently noticed that after a Firefox update, the browser has become very slow and unresponsive whenever I open multiple tabs, around 5–10. Before this update, I could open many tabs without any noticeable lag.

Now, new tabs take a long time to load, scrolling within open tabs feels choppy, and sometimes Firefox freezes for a few seconds before responding again.

I’ve already tried restarting Firefox, disabling extensions one by one, and clearing the cache, but none of these steps have improved the performance. I’m using Windows 10 and the latest version of Firefox.

Could anyone suggest what settings or troubleshooting steps I can try to fix this slowdown?

When the Global Privacy Control request is checked (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/global-privacy-control?as=u&utm_source=inproduct) a persistent bubble appears at the bottom of the page indicating the request has been accepted. The bubble is annoying. Is there a way to continue to use this feature without the bubble appearing?

HI Since the last update from Firefox. I am experiencing frequent and multiple crashes. so much so I have beenusing google chrome as alternative browser. It would appear to me that the "new" version is unstable. = Version 147.0.4 (64bit).

Do I go back the the previous version? and if so where is it.

Hello, I am facing a strange issue while using Firefox browser. When I try to play LetterBoxed NYT, the game sometimes gets stuck on the loading screen or loads very slowly. When trying to log into my bank, I get the following message: "Bad Request: Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand". I have tried to clear cookies, to no avail.

Every time I try to use my camera or microphone on some websites from on firefox it says can't detect camera or microphone? It doesn't show up with the 'allow this website to access your camera/ microphone' pop up it does with other websites. I went into permissions and manually changed it myself and it said it still couldn't detect the camera/ microphone

I have a weekly appointment in google meet. My main browser is firefox, and when I try to join there is no video available.

I have checked that my laptop camera works in general, and that google meet has working video on another browser, so the issue seems to be with the permissions google meet has for firefox.

Every time I join the meeting, there is the pop up which asks if I want to allow the use of my camera and microphone. I always click allow. Recently, even after doing this I dont have video footage.

The meet page does not say that my camera is off.

Firefox stores certain temporary data in a startup cache to improve startup speed. Clearing the startup cache and then restarting Firefox can sometimes fix various issues, such as mixed languages in the user interface after an update. This will not change your profile data or add-ons.

My Firefox browser on Android is very slow. YouTube videos buffer and lag. Pages take a long time to load. Sometimes Firefox freezes or crashes. Please help me fix performance and video playback issues. My phone has limited RAM and storage

In Firefox (up to date yes) when I embed a YT video to the forums I use, it comes up with an YouTube Configuration Error 153.

How do I fis this? YT embedded on Chrome & Brave etc play perfectly, but Mozilla always sends me to YouTube itself.
