Emails that i send are automatically going to people's junk folders. How do i fix this?

I receive a lot of new enquiries through to my email from website so I am replying to people who are not in my address book. 90% of the emails I send are going into Junk Folders and therefore a lot of people are not receiving them. How do I stop this? Thanks, Jenny

Tell your recipients to check their junk folders, and have them to add you to their address book or white-list your email address respectively.
