Every time I close the window or restart my computer, I am logged out of everything

What it says in the above question. I get logged out of all websites, which I have to sign into everything again, which is annoying, and many of the websites act like it's a completely new computer/browser, even if i ask them to save this browser. Had this problem for a few months now, not sure what setting changed to cause this.
