Global search not working for a specific email

I have an email that is not indexed correctly and is not found using the global search. I have already deleted the global database and recreated the index. It's still not found searching by a simple word. What is the best way to submit a bug ticket?

I have an email that is not indexed correctly and is not found using the global search. I have already deleted the global database and recreated the index. It's still not found searching by a simple word. What is the best way to submit a bug ticket?

Is the message in a folder that is excluded from global search? Right-click the folder, Properties, to check.

No, I'm pretty sure it's a bug. The email appears in the result for some search terms but for most it doesn't. The search term is always a single word, only ASCII letters.
