Hi Mohamed, do you mean you have a new computer, or did you reset your old computer?

Either way, after installing Firefox, I assume you connected Firefox to your Firefox Account using your existing username and password. (Resetting your password without a recovery key would have cleared the data.)

Sometimes Sync is slow. To see what data is stored for your account in the Sync cloud, you can use an add-on:

(1) Install the About Sync add-on from: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/about-sync/

(2) After installing About Sync, type or paste about:sync in the address bar and press Enter to load a page of data about the contents of your account.

(3) In each category of data, you can use the "Records (table)" mini-tab to see what is stored in the cloud. Is the data there?

I lost all my old date today

What were the steps leading up to the data loss?

finish up my windows and get Firefox than login waited for the Sync but nothing happened

Try using the About Sync add-on to check whether the data is in your account. (see steps in the earlier reply)

I found the new Sync that made today not the past one

If you only have one Firefox Account, then it sounds like your old data is not in the Sync cloud.

Do you still have access to the old computer?

I am using it right now i just change the system

Oh, you upgraded an earlier version of Windows to Windows 11?

Did the update create this folder:

C:\Windows.old

That is a folder which preserves data from your previous installation temporarily for up to 28 days.

If you find that folder in Windows File Explorer:

Set Windows to show hidden files and folders -- this Microsoft article has the steps:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/view-hidden-files-and-folders-in-windows-97fbc472-c603-9d90-91d0-1166d1d9f4b5

Then explore that folder up to this point (if it exists):

C:\Windows.old\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\

If you find recent data there, please pause and we can suggest how to resurrect your saved files.

How far did you get in the path -- is there a Mozilla folder?

C:\Windows.old\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\

Are there other folders under

C:\Windows.old\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\

after that path the only folder is named " Microsoft "
