lost toolbars...and sent button!

The latest update REALLY messed up trying to simply SEND an email. Why? ....'cuz NO toolbar, so NO send button....and NO way found to locate toolbars in a new message (that I CAN'T send). 

 All on a day I REALLY needed to send one!!!
