Email body is not under the correct email heading/sender
Something has happened that shifted the email bodies to under the email sender/heading of the email above it. When I click on an email, it shows the body for the email below it.

I've restarted Thunderbird, but it's still happening. The emails that are messed up are also not loading quickly and are loading as source code.
Try fixing the index: Right click on Folder and select Properties click on 'Repair Folder' button click on OK
Select another folder and then reselect the 'fixed' folder.
