clicking on a link in an email does nothing
I've tried all the things mentioned here and still no luck with opening links with a click. Firefox is my default browser, tried running in Safe Mode and a couple of things here but no luck. Any other ideas?

All links, or just some?
Where did they come from?
I frequently get links from my colleagues who use Outlook and it's normal for their links not to work.
All links.
They come from all sources. I clicked on the "Doesn't solve my problem" link and it did not work. I couldn't even get to work with a right click and a click on "Open link in browser".

Do the links in the email show as a different colour or are they using the same colour as all the text?
In 'Control Panel' > Default Programs' > Set your default Programs. Are the following all set up to use Firefox - see image below.

- .html
- .shtml

- .xhtml
Also these Protocols:
- FTP

Do you have all of these settings selected?
The link displayed at the bottom of an email when the mouse is over the link is in the same color as the email text.
Yes, I have all the settings as you list.
Still won't open the link. I have to Copy Link Location and Paste it in Firefox.
Problem resolved but I don't know why. Thanks to all.
