Saved images not in Photos, download, or Drive

Hmmm, maybe a new bug. But I can’t seem to find where images are being saved. Downloaded files are fine, but long pressing and saving a photo or image no longer seem to go to Photos or anywhere for that matter.

Chosen solution

Figured it out. Somehow the photo access permission was turned off. I don’t know if this was an apple beta change or Firefox not prompting for acesss after update??
