i cant send out any emails or even forward them. spent an hour on the phone with tech support and the recommended i contact you

Need help, don't want too lose my emails. Spent an hour on the phone with a tech who did a screen share with me and made sure all was good. There is no send function when I am trying to send out an email or even trying to forward. We went through everything.
