I don't know the e mail or password I used to start Firefox and need to syc two Apple devices.

I just bought a new i pod touch and an i pad. On both devices when I open the Firefox icon it has two bars that show - one says send me instructions which I have done several times with no reply and the other bar says I have a Sync Account which I have no idea if I have or not. What is strange is that eleven months ago I purchased an i phone 5s and the Firefox icon or app works perfect and opens up just like on my desktop computer. I have changed e mails since I started with Firefox and have no idea what password I used. I can't access any information without it. All e mails are being forwarded from the earthlink account to gmail .I am not a savy computer user and need help in simple terms. Thank you.

Hey there Sharon47.

Couple of things that I see when I read this. 1 - If you have tried to reset your password (and it says that mail has been sent) my guess is that your spam or junk folder may have it on Gmail? That's assuming your old email account (earthlink) is still forwarding to your new (Gmail) account.

2 - Make sure your Firefox versions are up to date on the devices.
